Plumbing Sales Representative is responsible for producing effective sales presentations that communicate our capacity to address homeowners' plumbing needs.  Applicants must be experienced with in-home sales/estimating plumbers and comfortable with plumbing systems (water supply, drain, and sewers). Training to enhance plumbing expertise will be provided for the right candidate. Total compensation can exceed $100k.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in residential service industry sales
• Familiarity with residential plumbing systems
• Experience in estimating and creating proposals
• Capacity to recognize additional sales opportunities
• Honest work ethic and a passion for excellence
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Great communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Duties & responsibilities:

• Review homeowners' needs and provide them with a range of possible solutions
• Create estimates and written proposals, present quotes to homeowners
• Plan all contracted work in accordance with local code and in coordination with Installation Manager
• Compose written descriptions detailing all contracted work and materials 
• Create drawings/sketches as needed
• Positively promote American Vintage Home
